Nineveh: The forces of the 58th Brigade within the Nineveh Operations Command of the Popular Mobilization Forces have bolstered their security deployment in the southern region of Nineveh Governorate.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Popular Mobilization Authority announced that the brigade’s forces have been strategically positioned from the Qayyarah areas to the Makhmur Mountains. Additionally, a significant deployment has been made along the borders that separate the governorates of Nineveh and Erbil.

This heightened security presence is aimed at pursuing terrorist elements and tightening the noose around them. It also seeks to safeguard the security and safety of civilians residing within the governorate.
