He told the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / that “the pattern of partnership between the public and private sectors takes a place in global production of about 28%, especially the industrial ones.
Salih added that in light of this partnership, losing public companies could turn into profitable joint companies.
Parliament will soon approve a law on partnership between the public and private sectors.
