Martyrdom of a Federal Police Regiment Commander in an Armed Clash with Drug Dealers Southeast of Baghdad.


Baghdad: A security source announced the martyrdom of the commander of the Second Regiment, Second Brigade in the First Division of the Federal Police, in an armed clash during a security duty, with drug dealers in the Nahrawan area, southeast of Baghdad.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the incident occurred as the Federal Police were conducting a security operation aimed at curbing the activities of drug traffickers in the region. The operation turned violent, resulting in a confrontation that led to the tragic loss of the regiment commander.
