Baghdad: Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani praised what the United Nations has provided to Iraq in facing the challenges over the years following 2003 and the most prominent turning points and difficulties experienced by the Iraqi people. A statement from his media office said that Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani received the Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Mohammed al-Hassan, and discussed the latest developments in the region, the ongoing aggression on Gaza and southern Lebanon, and the continuation of the genocidal war practiced by the Zionists.
