Baghdad: The elected Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mahmoud Al-Mashhadani, has reiterated his dedication to collaborative efforts aimed at bolstering the role of the legislative authority.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Muthanna Al-Samarrai, the head of the Azm Alliance, commended the backing from national forces during his meeting with Al-Mashhadani on Thursday evening. This support was pivotal for the Azm Alliance’s demand to convene the session and elect Al-Mashhadani, marking a significant achievement in fulfilling this essential obligation.
