Diyala: Seven people were killed and injured in separate accidents in Diyala today, Tuesday. According to National Iraqi News Agency, a traffic accident occurred on the Kalar-Khanaqin road near the village of Soz Balagh, northeast of Baqubah, involving a truck and a motorcycle, resulting in the death of a worker and injuries to four others, one of whom is in critical condition.
Additionally, a member of the Diyala Traffic Department lost his life in a collision between his motorcycle and a vehicle on the Khalis-Sindiyah road north of Baqubah. In a separate incident, a middle school student was killed by electrocution inside his home in the Bani Saad district, southwest of Baqubah, the center of Diyala Governorate.
