Erdogan Urges Global Efforts for Palestinian Solution During Bishkek Speech.


BISHKEK: Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan called on the international community to continue efforts to reach a “permanent and just” solution to the Palestinian issue. In a speech on Tuesday during his participation in the sixth meeting of the High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council between Turkey and Kyrgyzstan in the Kyrgyz capital Bishkek, Erdogan said that he discussed with his Kyrgyz counterpart Sadr Japarov the situation in the occupied Palestinian territories and the escalation of Israeli violence and its expansion to Lebanon, noting that this file will be addressed with more focus at the 11th Summit of the Council of the Organization of Turkic Speaking States.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Erdogan emphasized the need to increase pressure on Israel to stop its aggression and bring aid into Gaza, highlighting that Israel’s actions are threatening the international community. He described the ongoing Israeli activities in the occupied Palestinian territories, particularly in the Gaza St
rip, as a significant concern for global conscience.

The Turkish President also expressed concern about the impact of Israeli attacks on Lebanon, stating that these actions pose a threat to regional security and the broader international community.
