Babylon: The detachments of Al-Qasim Police Department affiliated with the Babylon Police Command were able to arrest the killer of a young man within 24 hours, following a violent brawl that broke out between the two parties in one of the villages affiliated with the Al-Qasim District, south of the governorate.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Director of Media for Babylon Police, Brigadier General Adel Al-Husseini, stated that the killer used a sharp knife to carry out his crime, resulting in the immediate death of the young man. The swift response by the security services included imposing a security cordon on the scene of the incident and conducting an intensive search of the area.

The efficient actions of the police led to the arrest of the perpetrator involved in the murder, and necessary legal measures have been taken against him. The incident highlights the prompt response and effectiveness of the Babylon Police in handling such critical situations.
