The 27th edition of the Fez Festival of World Sacred Music, originally scheduled for September 15 to 23 will be postponed to a later date in light of “mourning and contemplation” following the earthquake in Al Haouz, announced the “Esprit de Fès” Foundation.

“In the face of the tragedy our country is experiencing, the Esprit de Fès Foundation, its President, all the artists and its partners express their most sincere condolences to the families of the victims of the earthquake,” the foundation said in a statement.

“We wish a speedy recovery to all the injured, to whom we express our affection and best wishes for recovery,” adds the same source, expressing their prayers for the victims and their loved ones.
